The Berncasteler Doctor Kabinett vintage 2021 is a Riesling of crystal-clear purity. Still somewhat reductive, its smoky bouquet already shows animating exotic fruit and distinct mineral and floral notes. On the palate, a polished, cool and juicy fruit with some red berry nuances, all wrapped in the typical terroir spice of the Doctorberg.
