A Young Star in the Saar Sky

Since Stefan Müller took over the family estate from his parents in 2013, he is putting more and more of his ideas into practice. Meanwhile, he manages with his family about 10 ha of vineyards in the beautiful Konzer Tälchen. For the vinification of the wines, Stefan Müller attaches great importance to quality. Special attention is given to old vines as well.

In the vineyards, Stefan avoids herbicides and synthetic fertilizers. The harvest is meticulously sorted by hand now, and only the best quality goes into the cellar, without any treatments or fining agents. The wines are fermented exclusively with ambient yeasts, mostly in the traditional Fuder cask. This is a young winegrower who should be very well known soon!
