Winegrowing has been part of the Adamy family for generations. After completing his studies in viticulture and learning at home and abroad, Marco Adamy returned to the Mosel and took over the winery of his parents in 2014.

Wine with Ambition and a Lot of Heart

Today, the young winemaker manages with incredible ambition and a lot of ambition 3 ha of vineyards in the best steep slate slopes in Ürzig and Erden.

The centerpiece, a parcel in the Ürziger Würzgarten, is still planted with ungrafted, old Riesling vines. These are over 100 years old and provide the precious golden juice for the excellent Riesling wines of Marco Adamy. The exceptionally talented young winemaker works close to nature and has a solid bond with his home in the unique cultural landscape of the Mosel.

His excellent wines are raised with the utmost care, gently and as naturally as possible. This gives them their unmistakable terroir character. In the near future, Adamy will be one of the best producers in the region.
