Weingut A.J. Adam
Andreas Adam founded the winery in 2000 with 1000 sqm of vineyards. During his studies in Geisenheim he bought additional land. Today the winery has 5.5 ha of vineyards. Sister Barbara Gudelj joined the company in 2013 after studying in Geisenheim.
The main focus is on Riesling from steep slopes which are traditionally matured in stainless steel or wooden barrels. No fining, spontaneous fermentation. The main vineyard is the Dhroner Hofberg. The Dhroner Häs'chen monopoly has been owned by the winery since 2014. In 2009 and 2018 plots in Goldtröpfchen were acquired. Rieslings are cultivated in the following flavours: dry, semi-dry, fine bitter, fruit sweet and noble sweet.
