Kanzemer Altenberg Riesling Kabinett 2020
The Kanzemer Altenberg Kabinett presents itself in the nose already very slate fragrant and mineral-salty. The fruit is only hinted at and is still completely subject to the aromas of spontaneous fermentation. Also on the palate sparse and salty with a grandiose citric acidity and great mineral play. Is actually still completely untouchable, but after years of ripening it will reveal the spicy scent of the mountain and develop into a brilliant cabinet. We are speechless - a Riesling Kabinett with the precision of a lightning bolt!

Saar Region
The Saar is the largest tributary of the Mosel. The winegrowing area extends from Serrig to the mouth of the Saar River at Konz, as the crow flies about twelve kilometers upstream. The acreage of the Saar region is rather small with about 750 hectares. Nevertheless, there are numerous excellent vineyards, some on steep slopes.
