on the nose with fine minerality and delicately yeasty traces. In the base a lot of local herbs, some passion fruit and piquant citrus notes. The palate is sparkling bright, with a delicate acid nerve and good grip. The sweet fruit is starry and offers a lot of juice and play. Tense finish with lots of slate and vegetable floral nuances. Still very young, has a future!

The Saar is the largest tributary of the Mosel. The winegrowing area extends from Serrig to the mouth of the Saar River at Konz, as the crow flies about twelve kilometers upstream.
