The fruity Kabinett from the Krettnach Euchariusberg enchants the nose with playful aromas of yellow ripe fruit and the tart notes of citrus and lime. Beneath all the fruit lurks a very appealing spontaneous fermentation spice and some flint. Then on the palate, a hearty sweetness-acidity game with lots of citrus and distinct mineral undertones. Skillfully combines the lightness typical of Kabinett with depth and structure. Shows nice length and a wide-ranging complexity. Saar Kabinett PUR!
Weingut Stefan Müller
In 2016, Stefan Müller won the “Young Winegrower of the Year” award on the Saar. No wonder with these grandiose Riesling wines, which are typical Saar. They have a crisp and fresh character with plenty of substance. All wines from Weingut Stefan Müller
The Saar is the largest tributary of the Mosel. The winegrowing area extends from Serrig to the mouth of the Saar River at Konz, as the crow flies about twelve kilometers upstream. The acreage of the Saar region is rather small with about 750 hectares. Nevertheless, there are numerous excellent vineyards, some on steep slopes.More wines from the region
