The Abtsberg Kabinett presents itself already in the nose with an elegant and gripping slate minerality and delicate fruity nuances of white peach and exotic mango fruit. Above all the scent hovers a floral beguiling scent of meadow herbs, apricot blossoms, hay and light flowers. Crystal clear in the mouth with minerality, dark berry notes and nuances of orange and lemon zest. Despite the ripe sweetness, the cabinet is tight on the palate. The acid structure is perfect and provides a vibrant drinking flow. In the finish again much mineral extract and a beguiling complexity. A Kabinett of a great kind with incredible finesse and mineral tension. WE LOVE IT!
