The grapes for the Wehlener Sonnenuhr Kabinett off-dry come from Riesling vines with true roots, which were planted in the original sector of the Wehlener Sonnenuhr in the 1930s. The grapes were harvested at the end of September with an honest 84° degree change and fermented traditionally in the old Mosel Fuderfass. The wine flatters with aromas of white flowers, apricot, vineyard peach and wet slate. On the palate ultra light with fine filigree fruit aromas of white peach and apricot. The acid structure is precise and makes the wine dance on the tongue. A perfect aperitif or an ideal companion to light cuisine.
