The Veldenzer Elisenberg has a special microclimate and a unique soil with a high proportion of quartzite, which contributes to a very special wine style. In addition to the typical aromas of gooseberry and blackcurrant, the Elisenberg Kabinett convinces with a delicate nose of lily-of-the-valley flowers, meadow herbs, ginger and smoky slate. Surprisingly light-footed on the palate with straightforward body and complex acidity structure. The filigree, fruity structure ends in a wonderful sweet-acid play. A wonderfully playful Riesling Kabinett that is second to none.
