The Juffer Kabinett Fass -4- comes from Riesling vines that were planted in the 1930s. The great age of the vines and the ferruginous clay-slate weathered soil of the Brauneberger Juffer give the Kabinett Fass -4- its impressive complexity. The nose is discreetly floral with spicy slate minerality and yellow fruit aromas. On the palate, super fresh and light as the wind with a fine herbaceous spiciness and filigree yellow fruity, almost exotic aromas. The acidity is present and precisely placed. Everything seems spotless. Lots of pressure on the finish without losing its balance. A dancing Kabinett of slender style and elegance. A small masterpiece!
