The Juffer Kabinett barrel -4- is made from Riesling vines planted in the 1930s. The high age of the vines and the iron-rich clay slate weathered soil of the Brauneberger Juffer give the Kabinett barrel -4- its impressive complexity. In the nose it is subtly floral with spicy slate minerality and yellow fruit aromas. In the drink super fresh and light as the wind with a fine herbaceous spice and filigree yellow fruity aromas. The acidity is present and precisely set. Everything seems spick and span. In the finish much pressure without losing balance. A dancing Kabinett of slim kind and elegance. A small masterpiece!
