The Spätlese has a very quiet, almost subtle bouquet. Delicate aromas of wild herbs and a very delicate, sweet fluidity of white blossoms rise from the glass. A true sensual magic. The seductive, fragrant atmosphere is transferred directly to the palate. The Spätlese is very fragile on the tongue, light and lilting, highly elegant without any excess power or sweetness. The acidity seems extremely fine, high-quality and precious. Almost overwhelming; the pronounced, well-structured slate-like minerality. (inspired by the gods !!!)
