The Röttgen Kabinett is very slate-spicy on the nose with obvious exotic and tropical fruit. On the palate, it is very fine, almost graceful with a delicate, discreet sweetness and a delicate acidity. The tart-sweet fruit shows clear aromas of passion fruit, grapefruit and dark stone fruit. Expressive mineral play with intense finesse-rich power, long and enormously powerful. Already great to drink, but still seems very young, definitely designed for long maturation.
