Fuder Kleinschock, A.P. - No. 20 - The grapes for the "Im Kleinschock" come from a still rootless parcel in the Niedermenniger Sonnenberg. The vines are weak in growth and produce only a few small Riesling grapes in the fall. The nose is still somewhat marked by spontaneous fermentation, appears very yeast spicy, but already shows fine aromas of hay and herbs. Brings lightness and depth to the palate, all components are flawless with plenty of juice and tension. The ripe acidity seems fresh and cool with fine mineral definition. Dispenses completely with rich exuberance. A filigree, prancing and sinewy Kabinett. Simply brilliant and delicate!
