Fuder Kugel Peter, A.P. - No. 12 - The Kabinett comes from a neighbouring plot of the Old Vines, but is more in the heart of the Euchariusberg/Großschock and always produces very loose grapes. The 19er Euchariusberg Kabinett comes with a bright yellow in the glass and plays with greenish reflections. In the nose, in addition to floral aromas, there are also clear hints of lime and mirabelle. An exquisite sweet/acid game tickles the palate. The fruit ends on the acidity. A very lively Kabinett in the classical style of the Saar.

Saar Region
The Saar is the largest tributary of the Mosel. The winegrowing area extends from Serrig to the mouth of the Saar River at Konz, as the crow flies about twelve kilometers upstream. The acreage of the Saar region is rather small with about 750 hectares. Nevertheless, there are numerous excellent vineyards, some on steep slopes.
