Already in the elegant bouquet, the dry Kabinett is crystal clear with delicate and subtle fruit notes of stone fruit that has just ripened. In the mouth, it is crystal clear and vibrant. The lemon-flavoured acidity has a refreshing effect and goes hand in hand with a pure and clean Riesling fruit. The mineral saltiness shoots like an arrow across the tongue and pulls the slate-sparkling intensity into the finish. A dry Kabinett of particular grandeur. WOW!!!

Gernot Hain has brought his wine estate with great Rieslings to the top in Germany. Weingut Hain is a classic family estate, which has been in Piesport for a very long time and can trace its roots back to the 17th century.
