The fruity-sweet Kabinett from the Piesporter Goldtröpfchen is still very reductive on the nose, but delights with an enormous and yet so fine flint aroma. The grapey fruit shows lots of gooseberry, passion fruit and red berries. On the palate, herbal delicacy with a fine bitter tang reminiscent of fully ripe grapefruit. Not too loud in fruit, the Kabinett shows a cool depth, marked by extreme mineral notes. The acid-fruit play is simply breathtaking! Shows a lot of pressure and tension. Completely unique in style. You could drink this forever and still not get enough of it! Perfectly made!
