Brauneberger Juffer Riesling Kabinett 2021

The Braunerberger Juffer was popularly known as the "sweet mountain" and that was no accident. The Brauneberger Juffer only shows its true strength when a little residual sugar is involved. Only then does the site show its light, fine and filigree fruit-driven mineral note in the Riesling. Already in the nose, the "Juffer" shows itself as an archetypal Kabinett; fresh, cool, grapey and citrus-fruity. Delicately flowing in the mouth with lots of freshness and juice. The acidity is ideally typical for a Kabinett, has a cleansing effect and fills the whole palate. The fruity sweetness is perfectly dosed and is completely carefree.
