Kaseler Dominikanerberg Riesling Kabinett trocken 2019

The seven hectare Dominikanerberg is one of the most renowned vineyard sites in the Ruwer Valley. The soil of the mountain is strongly marked by the blue Devonian slate and gives the Riesling growing here its incomparable Ruwer character. The Dominkanerberg Kabinett trocken presents its origin already in the nose. On the nose the wine shows a beguiling stony minerality with delicate herbal nuances, notes of white flowers and fruity aromas of dark berries and cherry. On the palate it is crystal clear, fresh and invigorating with a distinct salty minerality. The fruit appears cool and shows aromas of grapefruit, black berries and mint. This dry Kabinett lives from its deep structure. A compact Riesling with delicate fruit, mineral richness and a wonderfully balanced acidity. TOP!
