The dry estate Riesling from the A.J. Adam winery was taken from the vine at 80° oechs at the beginning of October and then pressed directly with stems. The wine was matured in stainless steel to emphasise the natural cool freshness of the Riesling. The aroma of the estate Riesling is very clear and tidy, with citrus freshness and a discreet slate note. On the palate, juicy, fresh acidity, but also subtle and delicate. With a slender body, low alcohol and a beautiful, straightforward flow, it offers a lot of verve and finesse. A strong Gutswein!
Weingut A.J. Adam
Andreas Adam gründete das Weingut 2000 mit 1000 qm Rebfläche. Während des Studiums in Geisenheim kaufte er weitere Flächen hinzu. Heute hat das Weingut 5,5 ha Rebfläche. Schwester Barbara Gudelj trat 2013 nach Studium in Geisenheim in den Betrieb ein.All wines from Weingut A.J. Adam
