Very clear on the palate with a neat draw and tension. The precise citrus and green apple fruit is carried by a confident and stylish acidity. Emphatically lean in body with low alcohol and nice straightforward flow. Finest mineral components on the finish. Perfect with light fish dishes or crisp spring salads with asparagus.

Weingut A.J. Adam
Andreas Adam gründete das Weingut 2000 mit 1000 qm Rebfläche. Während des Studiums in Geisenheim kaufte er weitere Flächen hinzu. Heute hat das Weingut 5,5 ha Rebfläche. Schwester Barbara Gudelj trat 2013 nach Studium in Geisenheim in den Betrieb ein.
