The dry Dhron Riesling offers a whole bed of herbs in the fragrance and pushes it powerfully into the nose. In the background, candied lemon, apple peel and notes of spontaneous fermentation. On the palate, the Dhroner is clear and juicy, extremely precise in expression, slender and taut, almost crystalline. The refreshing acidity seems to have been drawn with a ruler. Unagitated in its way and yet very penetrating. Dense and yet not heavy. Seems very noble in all its components. Extremely finely made, present and yet evanescent. Class Ortswein!
