Dhroner, short for Dhroner Hofberg, is according to the VDP classification a so-called local wine. The dry represents the flavorful maturation of a wine in which almost all the sugar produced on the vine during maturation is fermented. The fermentation takes place spontaneously, i.e. without the addition of so-called cultivated yeasts, and the further expansion in large wooden casks. The wine is already good to drink. The slightly spicy and fruity aromas will definitely make the summer evenings on the balcony and terrace even more beautiful. The vines from which this wine was produced are on average 30 to 40 years old.
