Two days before Christmas Eve, Barbara and Andreas harvested their frozen Riesling grapes in the Dhroner Hofberg in the light of the December full moon. The iced grapes were pressed for 5 hours in a basket press and the run-off, delicate must was then fermented in stainless steel vats. This unique rare speciality has an irresistible clarity on the nose. On the palate, taut, juicy and very sweet fruit with an enormous flash of acidity and a little light caramel on the finish. Very long and elegantly adherent with delicate frosty tones and concentrated lemony freshness. Highly concentrated and of diamond purity. An absolute highlight!

Andreas Adam gründete das Weingut 2000 mit 1000 qm Rebfläche. Während des Studiums in Geisenheim kaufte er weitere Flächen hinzu. Heute hat das Weingut 5,5 ha Rebfläche. Schwester Barbara Gudelj trat 2013 nach Studium in Geisenheim in den Betrieb ein.All wines from Weingut A.J. Adam
