Real root! This is a word that is very seldom read in Europe. The vines in the Dhroner Häs’chen location were planted in the 1930s and are so isolated from other vineyards that the phylloxera did not make it to this vineyard. It is really something special as the majority of all grapevines in the EU have been grafted onto so-called American vines. The Häs’chen Kabinett was fermented spontaneously and the expansion takes place in stainless steel tanks in order to maintain that special freshness that this wine exudes now and for a long time to come. A very low alcohol level combined with this simply delicious balance of sweetness and freshness leaves no one in doubt that it is always good to have at least a second bottle of this wine in the house.
